My Good Experience with Warranty Service for My Delta 2 Max from Ecoflow

Back in 2023 when Delta 2 Max was first launched, I ordered it immediately, as I enjoy the previous purchases and use of my River 2 Pro and Delta 2. Unfortunately, my new Delta 2 Max showed a red X on the display, it was at about where the battery icon (#7) is. According to the user manual, #7 indicated it is a battery failure warning, but I have only unboxed and used this unit for 2 cycles. It took me some time to map out, using the user manual, exactly where this red X icon was; it actually was located to the left of #7.

Even though the unit still operated normally, I was unsure about this undocumented icon and reported to Ecoflow Customer Service. It was the first time I contacted Ecoflow and was requested to send them a video when the red X icon appeared again. As this was very repeatable, I had no problem capturing the scenario when it happened. Later, I was told by Customer Service that it was a factory use only icon, not shown in the manual. They wanted to take it back and would send me a replacement. The process was smooth, and I was sent a pre-paid label to return this unit and subsequently received a replacement. This further enhanced my confidence with Ecoflow, which clearly stands behind their technology.
