1 in a Million odds: Neighborhood Power Outage 10secs after draining batteries ☹️

Saturday night 9:15pm Power Outage in our neighborhood 10secs after discharging and draining batteries down to zero ☹️ for rebalancing 🔋🪫. I still can’t believe it happened. There I was sitting in the dark in my garage with the garage door wide open. This is the first outage this year in our neighborhood. What are the odds??? It would have been nice to see the SHP3/DPUXs in action with a true power outage. Only 2 homes had lights on our block and one set of solar street lights.

I did get a wee bit upset 🤬when my spouse questioned if I caused the outage because of the timing. EcoFlow doesn’t have that kind of power 🤣 and also the DPUXs were not plugged into anything, so how could I knock out⚡️in our neighborhood, lol. If only the outage happened 20mins earlier when both DPUXs were at 5%.

Our electricity was out for 1hr45mins. Not too bad. Apparently Frontier Fiber was doing upgrades in our neighborhood. They sent an apology letter the next day.

We have a large dual-fuel generator that can be connected either to the generator inlet box or directly to the rectifier if power was not restored in a timely manner, along with two small portable battery units.
