Campaign Period

1. #PowerDifferent - Phase 2 campaign ("Campaign") is organized by EcoFlow. The Campaign will begin on May 8, 2026, at 00:00 AM (PDT) and conclude on May 21, 2026, at 23:59 PM (PDT).

Participant Eligibility

1. This Campaign is open to all registered EcoFlow website ID users (https://www.ecoflow.com/us) who are legal residents of the United States and aged 18 years old and above as of the Campaign start date ("Participant(s)").
2. Register to join the free membership program - EcoCredits Reward Program, and join the campaign. Or log in with your existing EcoFlow member account.

Campaign Mechanism

I. How to participate

Step 1: Create a post under the #PowerDifferent campaign.

Step 2: Share your experience—the more real, the better.

Whether it’s how you’ve saved money with EcoFlow, gained more control and comfort, or how you’re preparing for the coming summer—we’d love to see it all! Photos or short videos are highly encouraged. You can even share screenshots of your app usage.

Step 3: Publish your post.

Once your post is published, your participation is complete.

II. Judging & Selection

• After the event ends, the Top 10 posts with the highest combined number of likes and comments will win the final prizes.
• EcoFlow will conduct basic verification of content authenticity based on reasonable and good-faith standards.
• Likes and comments will be counted based on the totals at the event’s closing time.

III. Prizes for the campaign

• 1st Prize (1 Winner): EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Portable Power Station (UL9540 Certificated) Retail value: $2,599
• 2nd Prize (4 Winners): EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus Portable Power Station (2048Wh) Retail value: $1,049
• 3rd Prize (5 Winners): EcoFlow 400W Portable Solar Panel - Retail value: $599

After the event concludes, EcoFlow will announce the winners in the Forum and contact them within 7-10 business days to arrange prize delivery. If a winner fails to respond within two (2) days of notification, EcoFlow reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.

Additionally, participants in this challenge will receive an exclusive profile avatar frame, automatically displayed in both the EcoFlow Account Center and Community profile. (You may remove it at any time.)

IV. EcoCredits earned

EcoCredits have no cash value. For more specific rules, please check the EcoCredits page for reference.

• Register as an EcoFlow member: 500 EcoCredits
• Log in to your EcoFlow account: 200 EcoCredits (First login within the campaign period)
• Create a post (any topic, including this campaign, more than 200 characters): 300 EcoCredits per post (Max 3 per day)
• Comment on any post (including campaign posts, more than 30 characters): 50 EcoCredits per comment (Max 5 per day)
• Like any post (including campaign posts): 10 EcoCredits per like (Max 35 per day)

V. How EcoCredits Can Be Used

• Redeem for discounts on the EcoFlow official website.
• Exchange for coupons, gifts, and other official rewards on the EcoCredits page.

VI. Charity Support

During the campaign, EcoFlow will partner with nonprofit organizations to power impact together (coming March 31). Turn your EcoCredits into a positive impact.

General

1. For any questions regarding the Campaign, participants may contact EcoFlow at support.us@ecoflow.com.
2. Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and EcoFlow’s applicable policies, and must participate in the Campaign in good faith.
3. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or EcoFlow policies, or any conduct that undermines the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Campaign, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, buying likes or comments, using fake accounts, or employing abnormal or automated technical methods, may result in disqualification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any participant and to cancel or revoke such participant’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign or receive any related rewards or prizes.
4. Participants represent and warrant that all content submitted or published in connection with the Campaign is original or has been lawfully authorized and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights or interests of any third party. Such content reflects the views or actions of the participants solely. Participants shall be solely responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to such content, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow assumes no responsibility or liability for participant-generated content.
5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be announced through EcoFlow’s official channels.
6. Prizes are limited in quantity and subject to availability. Winners will be selected and announced in accordance with the specific rules of the Campaign. EcoFlow will arrange prize delivery within approximately seven to ten business days after the winner announcement, provided that the winner supplies accurate and timely delivery information. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged or offset against any discount. In the event of force majeure, insufficient inventory, or other objective circumstances, EcoFlow reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal value.
7. Any taxes, duties, or fees arising from the receipt or use of a prize shall be borne solely by the winning participant.
8. EcoFlow shall not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or invalid participation caused by any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure, system malfunction, or other technical issues.
9. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow shall not be liable to any party, including participants, for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign, the administration of the Campaign, or the receipt or use of any prize.
10. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow and its affiliates from any liabilities and claims arising out of or related to participation in the Campaign or any participant’s conduct, including claims based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal or equitable theory, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Any matters not expressly covered herein or any disputes arising from or in connection with the Campaign shall be reasonably determined by EcoFlow in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
