Central Ohio Outage: EcoFlow Kept Our House Running

Central Ohio lost power this summer, but thanks to my EcoFlow setup, our house never really skipped a beat.

I had two EcoFlow DELTAs and three EcoFlow RIVERs ready to go, and they kept the essentials running while the grid was down: refrigerator, lights, phones, internet, fans, and the little things that make an outage feel manageable instead of stressful.

What I appreciated most was being able to spread the units around the house. The DELTAs handled the bigger loads, while the RIVERs covered smaller rooms and devices. Instead of dragging extension cords everywhere or worrying about what to shut off next, we were able to stay comfortable, connected, and operational.

Moments like this are exactly why I invested in EcoFlow. You hope you don’t need backup power, but when Central Ohio goes dark, it feels pretty great to know your house still has a plan.
