Why i brought EcoFlow Delta 2`s !!
Hi All , Im Paul from the UK, so everything i say or mention relates to the United Kingdom.
I have been a EcoFlow customer since June/July 2025, I own 2 x Delta 2 and multiple Bendable panels, of which 1 is EcoFlow.
1st Delta 2:
It is running the kitchen, which powers the Fridge freezer, coffee machine and a 1800w Air Fryer (Not all used at the same time obviously). Its plugged into the Mains and activates its mains charging time at a super cheap power rate, between 02:00 - 05:00. This rate is £0.18 per kwh and it charges at 500W to preserve the batteries longevity. So the setup is basicly as follows: Mains connected to analogue timer which is connected to the Power Bank which takes input from the Bendable Solar Panel in the Bathroom window and then power goes from Delta 2 power bank into devices connected in kitchen. The electric Cooker uses the mains input.
2nd Delta 2:
It is running all electrical devices in the living room. That includes , Internet, Lan , PC, Television , Xbox Series X, etc. This Delta 2 is plugged into the mains as well as connected to the 100W bendable EcoFlow panel that is mounted in the inside living room window, that gets sunshine from just under 1 hour after sun comes up to when it goes down. All these devices when just left on standby consume just over 50w of power in total. The Panel produces a good 85 watts under maximum use.
The analogue timers plugged into the mains sockets stop allowing power through between 4pm to 7pm as that is the expensive rate £0.51 per kwh. They allow the Delta 2s to be manually forced into 24/7 power pass through when the Delta 2s are running low and needing power. They will just draw the amount of current power devices are using until the 02:00-05:00 cheap charging commences.
I will be adding one of these EcoFlow Balcony inverters sometime in the future and connect a solar panel to it to supply the base load of daily power usage, thus decreasing my power costs.
