When will the Geographic embargo be lifted on Connecticut USA for Stream Ultra?

With the impending plug in solar legality in Connecticut, USA, when will the geographic embargo in the shop.com store be lifted? At this point, it would seem you could even accept pre-orders and ship once the law is effective October 1st? Any feedback or hints as to what is to come for USA plug in solar?
