Are mis match solar panels worth using

I am confused if I can use mis matched solar panels on one circuit. Assuming the overall voltage is under the rated voltage of the solar input with all of the panels on the one circuit, is there anything detrimental to doing this?

For example, if I have three 100 watt panels and a 150 watt panel on a single circuit wired in series or perhaps series parallel, with my total theoretical wattage in perfect conditions be 450 watts or will it be less?
