What are Eco Credits Monthly Madness?

I am confused. I received an email on 7/23/26, at 12:04PM stating "Deals from $1" I clicked on the link and the deals were gone.

Is this a different program from the now 8PM Pacific, 11PM Thursday night Eco Credits rewards program?

So is it monthly deals, weekly or both?
