Help Wanted for Plug-In Power APP

I'm looking to hire an APP developer to quickly prototype a simple app that will function like a "Deck Designer" program offered at big box and/or lumber stores. The user will design their own "plug-in power" Kit, by selecting options from a menu of solar panel and battery choices. The app will then turn that plan into a purchase order. The purchase order can be grouped with others in order to get equipment discounts using bulk purchasing power and/or "dutch auction" principles. Participating manufacturers, venders, etc., will have to agree to a comprehensive set of consumer protections in order to have their equipment integrated with the app.

If anyone wants to help, I'm ready to hire and pay. I'm working on a late October deadline to produce at least a Beta version, if that's possible.
