Loving the Wave3!

I've been using the Wave3 in my bedroom for the last 2 weeks, keeping it warm during these cold nights currently in NSW. Unfortunately, a month ago I received a faulty product where it would vibrate the side panels of the unit when the compressor would ramp up and back down. I contacted EcoFlow support, and they took the unit back and sent out a new one, and I couldn't be happier with the support and quick responses by email and a properly functioning product that doesn't vibrate. It does a good enough job to warm a small bedroom within a timely manner, and I've purposely warmed my room, then cooled it to see its ability to cool a warm space and it did a good job of that too, the add on battery is useful when using it on eco or sleep modes but on max in either cooling or heat mode, quickly shows its battery size limit, would reccommend a power station if wanting to run it longer, but the add on battery is a good idea because of its small footprint.

Overall, extremely happy with the Wave3 and EcoFlow support👍🏻
