Circuit Physics: Why your EV refuses to charge without the EcoFlow Grounding Adapter

Portable power stations operate with a "Floating Neutral," meaning the neutral wire is entirely isolated from the ground pin. However, modern Electric Vehicles run a continuous impedance check before they allow high-voltage charging to begin. The EV sends a microscopic test current down the ground wire. If the neutral isn't physically bonded to the ground, the circuit is open (infinite resistance). The EV's computer assumes the car chassis is unsafe and instantly triggers a safety lockout.
