My original requirements vs Now.

Before I purchased my first Ecoflow, I decided on My original specification list, my Wish list.

4kW of battery storage, expandable would be nice but not essential. Min 1800w - 4000w Output. 5000w+ Surge ability. 4 or more standard plug sockets. Solar input of 1200w+ preferably with a 30A outlet socket for connection to manual switch box. On wheels for easier mobility. IP65 minimum protection. Designed to not look out of place in a house… I don’t want it to look like it belongs in a workshop or Frankenstein’s lab.

The Ecoflow Delta Pro 3 matches this wish list almost perfectly, it actually exceeds it, so why didn’t I buy one? Even though it is my Dream Machine, At the time the D Pro 3 was £2899 and I had no hands on experience of these devices, so that was a big ask. So I Chickened out and decided to go modular, multiple smaller units added to as required.
