Our setup… small? yes. But wow it’s useful.

Our house is 160 years old so you can imagine I’m not interested in adding a heavy solar panel array to the roof, it was never designed to take that weight.
Plug in Solar is fantastic I’ve seen it in Europe, it’s popular and it works. Personally, I’m not much interested in a grid tied battery system, at least yet. That might change one day.
Having a setup made up of separate stands alone units like Delta 3 floats my boat. That is the route I’m going down, modular, movable, non grid tied, expandable and for my requirements, massively flexible. All of that might change one day as I am keeping a close watch on the Ecoflow stream series. But at the moment, I’m happy with our small setup, I can always add to it. Yes, I’m probably just playing at it all really, but wow I’m enjoying the game.
