Delta 3 doesn't solar charge beyond 150w

I recently bought a Delta 3 on Amazon. For some reason when I plug in the solar (4 100w panels, series/parallel, 48v, 7.5amp peak) all I ever get when plugged into the Delta is 150w. I've tested the solar several times, 350w peak. What am I missing?
