Why I Keep My EcoFlow Power Stations on Dollies

After reading different posts in the forum, I realized how important it is to keep an EcoFlow power station on a dolly.

I already use dollies because they make it much easier to roll my heavier units from room to room. Now I’m adding dollies to my basement setup to keep every power station off the floor.

A leaking washing machine, a backed-up drain, heavy rain, or water creeping into the basement could damage a power station sitting directly on the floor. A dolly provides a little extra height and may protect it from a small amount of water. It will not protect it during serious flooding, but those few extra inches could make a difference.

Dollies are also helpful because they:

*Make heavy power stations easier and safer to move

*Reduce the need to lift and carry them

*Help protect floors from scratches

*Make it easier to clean underneath and around the units

*Keep the units away from damp or cold basement floors

*Allow you to move them quickly during an emergency

Just make sure the dolly is strong enough to hold the full weight of the power station and any extra batteries. I also prefer dollies with locking wheels so the unit cannot roll around. Never block the vents, and always keep the power station in a dry area with enough space for airflow.

A dolly may look like a small addition, but it can make your setup safer, cleaner, and much easier to move. After thinking about possible water damage in my basement or anywhere in the house, I believe every power station now needs one. 🔋⚡
