UK utility purchases 20,000

I recently received a message, a sort of newsletter really, from our local Power company here in the UK They send these messages to vulnerable customers. I'm not vulnerable but when dad was alive he was and because he didn't have email, they registered my email so that he could get contacted.

They said that they had recently ordered 20,000 Ecoflow Delta 3+ power stations.
They didn’t go into why, but I assumed it was so that they could keep their vulnerable customers on power, in the event of an outage.
That’s a great thing for them to have done. It also explains why a month or so ago nobody had these units in stock.

One thing that has occurred to me though is… When I wasn’t regularly using my Delta 3’s I still needed to cycle the battery once every 3 months, I chose to do it every 8 weeks instead. It used to take me 3 days to gently cycle my x2 Delta 3’s
How are they going to cycle 20,000 of them.
