Feature Request: half hourly electricity price setting

I've just received a stream 5000, and got it all setup and running. The only problem is the consumption rate for programming in the electricity price in the settings is only adjustable in hours. However, my energy tariff changes on the half hour.

Please make the consumption rate times fully configurable down to the minute.
