What is the Work Around If we can't buy EcoFlow Extra Battery Cable?

Can someone please explain to me what will work now that we can’t buy EcoFlow Extra Battery Cable its out of stock and they are not restocking it? What can we do to connect Delta Pro to Generator and/or Wave 2 without access to ever being able to purchase this cable now?
