RATE PLAN NETWORK ERROT

I'm trying and it worked 1 time , now when I click on rate plan in the app , then on UTILITY provider it says network error.

the first timer it showed me ALL the electric companies in California CA , now it just says network error , I rebooted my phone that is on the Tmobile / and my Frontier / verizon network

need help
