Today I am attempting to balance my Delta 2 Max and extra battery for the first time since owning it. I noticed that fully charged, the battery charge display were slightly different.I also have done maintenance every three months but only discharged down to about 25 percent. Some here state I should go down to 0 percent so I will do this.My total load is 87 watts, with 37 watts coming from the extra battery. I realize this will take a day or two to discharge. Is 87 watts enough load to keep the Delta 2 Max outputting power?Am I correct that once the units have reached 0 percent, I should let the units cool down for a few hours, then recharge to 100 percent?I would like to leave at 100 percent for the next few months as we are in hurricane season. After November 1, I will do my next maintenance cycle and charge up to 80 percent.

Our power company post our energy use everyday on their page for us to see. Since we have bought our Delta3+, it is a page i check everyday. I also keep a log here in our home to see what we were using to compare with the log they have. We have changed quite a bit to get better use of the rates they charge. Car charging, laundry,cooking is all done at off peak hours. I have found out it is not all power banks and solar systems, it is a combination of scheduling how you use energy in your home, getting the right system to help lower the energy use and appliances to help cut power comsumption.

What is everyone use to power your DP3

When I purchased my Eco Flow Delta 2 Max and an extra battery about two years ago, I remember reading on some forums that people may have had had problems returning units if they had issues if they did not have the original boxes so it could be shipped to EcoFlow.I now have read here recently that Ecolfow will send a box if a unit needs to go in for service. Can anyone confirm if this is true?I don't mind saving a few boxes but if I could throw a few away that would save some space.

Today I received and tested my Delta 3 Max Plus and my new Resmed DC 12 volt adapter. I purchased the Resmed adapter rather than aftermarket as it has a 10' cord and outputs enough power if one wants to use its humidity heater.First I plugged the Air sense into the Delta 3 max plus with its AC cord. The draw after the machine equalized was 24 watts on humidity setting 4.I then used the new 12 volt DC plug and the draw under the same humidity setting 4, after the machine equalized was 20 watts.I expected a bigger difference in current usage, but I suppose saving 40-50 watts per night is not a bad thing. It all adds up.I like options, I doubt I will ever need to use this machine in a car but it's worth having.The Delta 3 Max plus was running off its battery for all tests, not connected to AC power or solar.

Whenever the power goes out, I don't even panic anymore I just know Ecoflow has got our back

Yesterday I did a test with my Delta Max 3 Plus and a Delta Max 2 Extra battery, using the smart generator adapter successfully.Today I decided I was going to remove the Smart generator Adapter to look at the new pin configuration, and I was not able to remove the adapter.I did press the tab but it still did not release. Rather than break something, has anyone experienced this before I use too much "pull" and break something?Any tricks to remove this or is it just tight because its new?

400 watt Anker bifacial panels and Delta 3 max charged from 7% to 75% in 6 1/2 hours. Was not consistently in the sun cause I had to leave. It hit 321 as a high wattage.

I am using a Delta Pro Smart generator Adapter in order to use my Delta 2 Max extra battery if something goes wrong with my Delta 2 max. Its only a back up.I have tested this and it works, I covered the test in another post.My question is, does anyone know a reason why I can't just leave the adapter connected to the Delta Max 3 Plus when not in use? I doubt it's a shock hazard and I assume there will be no battery drain.I would rather leave it connected so it does not get misplaced if possible.

Over the next day or so, I will test my Smart generator Adapter with my new Delta 3 Max Plus and a Delta 2 Max extra battery.All firmware is up to date.I read the pamphlet that came with the adapter, and it is called a "Delta Pro" Smart generator adapter. It also does not show anything about connecting a Delta 2 Max EB with a Delta 3 Max plus so before I test, I want to know if anyone has done successfully or has any comments.It looks pretty straight forward but with this much at stake I want to confirm anything I may not know before testing. TIA

I think it would be nice to have a RJ45 connection on the Delta Max 3 series. I am not sure if high models have this but having the ability to communicate with a Delta Max hardwired would be a good thing when one cannot connect with the App.Now that the Ecoflow Delta Max 3 Plus and others are UPS grade, I think it's important to have a back up, hardwired connection to at least do basic functions. I am not sure if the new Gen are medical grade backups but if they are a back up, hardwired connection is in order.

I finally added some more solar panels and switched some arrays around between my three DPUs and now it’s recharging them all in a more balanced fashion. Instead of having two 5-stack DPUs and one at 2-stack DPU, I can put it back to three 4-stack batteries again. So now, my EcoFlow panels outproduce my Enphase at 8.2kWh (between three DPUs) vs 7.2kWh peak for Enphase.

One feature that doesn’t get talked about much is fast AC charging. Most of the time I don’t need to recharge as quickly as possible, but I can definitely see situations where it would be a huge advantage.Do you regularly take advantage of fast charging? Maybe for work, before heading out on a trip, or between outages? I’d be interested to hear when it’s made the biggest difference for you.

I see a Ecoflow Delta 3 Max Black listed on Wellbots. Does anyone know of this is any different than the “grey” (classic Ecoflow black/grey two tone) and if they even make the all black one anymore?

I bought the EF Fixing Metal Tab for my DPUs. For some reason I thought these would be smaller, but it’s pleasantly bigger and sturdier than I thought. This is well-made and is suppose to be ‘clamped’ in between the DPU inverter and top battery. The purpose of these brackets is to keep your DPU bolted to the wall so it won’t topple over. I’m installing these for minor earthquakes here in Southern California.I’m holding off on installing it at this moment because I’m working on three more DPU batteries in the next month. Don’t want to poke more holes in my wall unnecessarily.

Found out today when doing some exipimentation that I can utilize the 30amp plug on my Delta 3 uiltra to run an air conditioner on my camper while still charging the battery itself. Most window style air conditioners draw only a few hundred watts while being used so i figured i would have some overhead. Come to find out I can run basically my entire Aliner camper off of just a single 20amp plug by just using the delta 3 ultra as the middle man!

Today on set we are filming on location which means remote power! With the Ecoflow Delta 3 Ultra we are powering the dimmer board and our wireless transmitter for our lights. With the Ecoflow Delta Pro 2 we are delivering power to 4 monitors in the Digital Image Tech tent. I really enjoy the plug and playability that the Ecoflow power stations deliver.
