EcoFlow 45W Foldable Panel Real-World Output

The EcoFlow 45W foldable solar panel performed pretty close to expectations in full sun. With the panel carefully aimed and optimal sunlight conditions, I was able to see about 39W of output in real-world use. It’s a good reminder that rated wattage is usually a best-case number, and actual performance depends heavily on angle, conditions, and heat. Even so, it’s still solid output for a compact, portable setup.

EcoFlow Roll Top Backpack Setup for Travel Power

The EcoFlow Roll Top Backpack turns out to be a really practical carry setup for a small mobile system. I can fit my RIVER 2 inside along with a foldable 45W solar panel, plus still have space for cables and a few accessories without it feeling overstuffed.

DELTA 2 / Extra Battery Fit in Delta 3 Waterproof Case

The EcoFlow DELTA 2 and its extra battery actually fit inside the DELTA 3 waterproof case pretty well, which makes it great for both travel and storage. It keeps everything protected, organized, and easy to move without worrying about bumps or weather exposure. The only real downside is that the unit needs to be taken out during use because of fan placement and airflow clearance. Once it’s out, it runs normally—but for transport or long-term storage, the case is a solid upgrade in convenience and protection.

Security

I was curious what kind of anti theft protections you've built into solar panel installation and equipment that is installed in unattached outbuildings such as Garages, utility sheds etc. Panels installed on a roof can easily be stolen if God forbid the Grid were to go down. Im looking for something that will deter theft should a doomsday event occur.

Delta series

One of the best things about EcoFlow is that it is portable, easy to use, and fast charging. You can use it at home, take it on a trip, keep it ready for emergencies, or connect it with solar panels for a cleaner energy option. Don’t wait until the power goes out to start preparing. Stay connected, keep your family comfortable, and have peace of mind knowing you have backup power when you need it.

Trail/Rapid Series Reminder: Battery Maintenance!

Here’s a quarterly reminder to consider a battery maintenance cycle for your Trail and Rapid units! If you’ve noticed a shorter run time or the battery seems to be draining faster than you’d expect, that may be a sign you need to run a full power cycle. Check out your device’s specific user manual for Storage and Maintenance tips!

How Big of a Temporary Solar Setup Are You Willing to Set Up?

With the EcoFlow systems, one of the interesting limits isn’t just battery size—it’s how far people are willing to go with temporary solar setups. Some keep it simple with a single folding panel, while others scale up with multiple panels, longer runs, and more deliberate positioning just to maximize charge during the day. I’m curious—what’s your personal limit when it comes to setting up temporary solar in the yard, campsite, or driveway? At what point does it feel like it becomes too much effort for a short-term setup?

Wave 3

My wave 3 will not power when using the 110v outlet, but it will turn on when using the battery connection port.. but it will not charge the battery or work when directly connected to any outlet. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

EcoFlow Mail Day!

Gives your plants a shower with EcoFlow

In this episode of my EcoFlow adventures: the EcoFlow Shower Kit! This was absolutely an impulse buy, knowing full well I do not go camping! 😆 The shower kit is neat and works well to move water fast. To give the battery some exercise, I used the kit to water my plants using water from my rain barrels. I could definitely use this in an emergency if needed, but I’ll probably end up using it for plants and giving my dog a bath. 😂

My order came today.

What Accessory Turned Out To Be More Useful Than Expected?

For your EcoFlow setup, what accessory ended up being more useful than you originally thought it would be? Could be a foldable solar panel, extra battery, alternator charger, carrying bag, cables, or something else. Sometimes it’s not the power station itself, but an accessory that completely changes how often you use the system. Curious what surprised people the most.

Large Solar Setup or Multiple Smaller EcoFlow Setups?

For temporary EcoFlow setups, do people prefer running one large solar array into a single bigger power station, or using multiple smaller solar setups connected to smaller stations? It seems like one larger setup could be more efficient overall, but smaller independent setups might offer more flexibility for moving panels around, powering different areas, or adapting during outages and camping. Curious what people prefer in real-world use.

Made my first order

I ordered a wave 3, delta 3 plus, smart generator 3000, 2 220w bifacial solar panels, glacier 55l, wave shower, and got 2 160w solar panels free. I haven't got them yet, but I'm super excited!

EcoFlow Apple Watch App Idea

I’ve seen people mention how useful an EcoFlow Apple Watch app could be, and honestly it makes a lot of sense. Being able to quickly check battery percentage, solar input, charging speed, and remaining runtime right from your wrist would be really convenient. Push alerts for things like low battery at 20% or solar charging stopping would make monitoring a setup during outages or camping a lot easier without constantly checking the main app.

Great Ecoflow Customer Service

My ecoflow rapid pro desktop charger stopped turning on one day, I contacted ecoflow for a warranty replacement, they email me back the next day and asked for information and video of not powering on, once I send the information back, i received a shipping label in no time, shipped back and received the new unit within a week. Just be patient for the warranty process.

EcoFlow DC Electric Blanket

Imagine if EcoFlow made an electric blanket designed to run directly on DC power, avoiding inverter loss for better efficiency. It could plug straight into a River or Delta unit’s DC output and provide adjustable heat for camping, outages, or cold nights at home. Using DC would reduce power waste and extend runtime, making off-grid heating more practical and efficient in real-world use.
