Xt60i to USB-C-PD adapter or DC5521 to USB-C PD

Now that I have the Ecoflow 45 watt panel, I am thinking about how best to utilize it.

Now that I have read that the Ecoflow small 45 watt and 60 watt portable panels are limited to 15 watts on the USB-C output, I had a thought. Is it possible to adapt the DC 5521 to USB-C PD? This way one would get more wattage out of a panel. I assume this adapter will have to be regulated in some way.

Or perhaps the XT60i can be adapted to USB-C PD?

Has anyone done something like this or is it not possible?
