Balancing Delta 2 Max and extra Battery

Today I am attempting to balance my Delta 2 Max and extra battery for the first time since owning it. I noticed that fully charged, the battery charge display were slightly different.

I also have done maintenance every three months but only discharged down to about 25 percent. Some here state I should go down to 0 percent so I will do this.

My total load is 87 watts, with 37 watts coming from the extra battery. I realize this will take a day or two to discharge. Is 87 watts enough load to keep the Delta 2 Max outputting power?

Am I correct that once the units have reached 0 percent, I should let the units cool down for a few hours, then recharge to 100 percent?

I would like to leave at 100 percent for the next few months as we are in hurricane season. After November 1, I will do my next maintenance cycle and charge up to 80 percent.
