Arctic Fox Honeymoon Adventure: Can Delta Pro Let Us Run 2 or 3 Extra Batteries plus Alternator charger? (Support Says Yes!)
Hey EcoFlow community! My name is Cory. 😃 For the last 5 years, my wife and I have been living in our Arctic Fox 30-amp fifth wheel in the beautiful PNW while saving up for the adventure of a lifetime. On May 24th — our special 💖“encounterversary,”💖 the day we first met — we’re kicking off a full 12-month honeymoon across the USA. We just picked up our dream truck, 2026 Chevy 2500 ( her name is Fern😏), and we can’t wait to hit the road. Our plan? To chase beautiful beaches, ski resorts, music festivals, national parks, visits with family and friends, and every unexpected joy and smile we discover along the way. This journey is all about making memories together, & reliable power is going to help us stay comfortable and truly free to enjoy every moment.I contacted Technical Support about using Expansion Adapter & the Alt Charger Custom Fit Output Cable (2m). Support sent email confirming compatibility w/ original DELTA Pro safely running 2 or 3 DELTA Pro Smart Extra Batteries total plus 800W Alt Charger. That's a clear conflict between what's currently published. I want to do this safely without risking errors, imbalance, or warranty problems. 💫Configuration:💫DELTA Pro:Battery Port 1: Extra Battery Expansion Adapter 💨Expansion Port 1 → DELTA Pro Smart Extra Battery 💨Expansion Port 2 → DELTA Pro Smart Extra BatteryBattery Port 2: Alternator Charger Custom Fit Output Cable (2m) → 800W Alternator ChargerTotal Capacity: ~10.8 kWh Questions for the community/EcoFlow: Has anyone successfully used the Extra Battery Expansion Adapter on a Delta Pro/Pro 3?Any difference in Connecting Alt Charger Custom Fit Output Cable (2m) directly vs Extra Battery Expansion Adapter?Any Communication errors, imbalance, or performance issues? @EcoFlowSupport @EcoFlowMods — please give an official statement or update the compatibility chart! This upgrade would let us live more efficiently, save money, & enjoy the outdoors longer — exactly what #PowerDifferent is about.
