Hello all, I am looking to order the sale bundle EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra + Smart Home Panel 2 + 400W Portable Solar Panel + Free Monitor (see picture) and I wanted to see if someone could confirm which Insight option this would ship with? I tried online chat but they couldn't help me so I am hoping someone here can.Assuming it comes with the original monitor has anyone tried, successfully or unsuccessfully, to get it upgraded to the new Insight 2?Worst case I'll buy the 2 and sell the OG (or keep it around as a spare) but I want to know ahead of time if possible.

I currently have just a little over 5K in Eco credits currently I’m not in the position to buy more EcoFlow stuff so I have been using it to just redeem them for EcoFlow swag however, EcoFlow swag has been a little sparse lately. Any suggestions on what I can use my EcoFlow credit for I don’t want them to expire.

I was curious what kind of anti theft protections you've built into solar panel installation and equipment that is installed in unattached outbuildings such as Garages, utility sheds etc. Panels installed on a roof can easily be stolen if God forbid the Grid were to go down. Im looking for something that will deter theft should a doomsday event occur.

New to Ecoflow and looking forward to it My wife and I are just starting on our journey and after looking at several different companies we have decided on the Ecoflow system for our house backup We're going with the EF ECOFLOW DELTA Pro Ultra with Smart Home Panel and 1 extra battery to start, I've reached out to a local electrician who specializes in this sort of work to set up a consultation and get moving on it I'm really excited about all the tech bits so please let me hear what you like, and don't like, about the app and the controll. We keep our EcoFlow Glacier in our home office, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions we made. My boyfriend and I love having cold drinks and snacks right there without having to make trips downstairs.

After a lot of research and comparing. Decided to go with the Delta Pro Ultra. The product and deals they have on their website are unmatched and it maid it easier to go with Ecoflow. We’ve had more than usual, severe thunderstorms. Two of which knocked out power for most of the night the Delta pro ultra home system kicked in and you couldn’t even notice when the grid went off and the backup turned on. It was flawless. My family and pets slept comfortably through the night, it made my job a little easier. You can’t put a price, on the piece of mind, that you get with this product.

A year into using my EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max, I can honestly say it has been a solid and dependable device. It’s been working flawlessly for me, and I’m impressed with how well it has held up over time. Great product and very satisfied with my purchase.

I want to link with Google Home but when to link the ecoflow site is in Europe and the response in "email not registered". I am in canada !

I am so happy with my ecoflow, i love the design so much, way better than other brands. I want to buy now the powerbanks and a glacier, they are so cool! Thank you Ecoflow for your work, it shows you love it.

Has anyone had any luck with getting Ecoflow to help with a donation or large discount for community organizations? I am part of our local volunteer fire department, we are having a fundraiser in June and discussed raffling off an Ecoflow bundle as part of that, but we want to keep our budget below $500. I was hoping for a Delta 2 and some portable panels but haven't had luck finding a deal in our price range yet. Let me know if anyone has a contact or idea on how we could ask them to help out with this or if it's even possible.Thanks
