Whole home surge protection recommended

Hi all. I had asked a question before about the surge rating of the Ecoflow power stations, the only real reply was to have a quality surge suppressor plugged into the wall, and then the EF station into it. Well, that's all fine and dandy until I need to buy about three or more quality surge protectors. NOTE: Power strips ARE NOT ALL surge protectors. Some sure protectors come in strip form. My other thought is this scenario: power goes out in a catastrophic way, not to fear, I can keep my fridge running with my Delta unit. Oh NO! The power outage fried my fridge, ain't no station gonna run a broken refrigerator.

OK, so what should I do to make sure that A. my Delta is protected if plugged into the wall when an outage occurs, and B. nothing that I would want to have the power station run would be fried already.

Answer: Whole-house surge protection. Power stations, fridge, washer, dryer, TV, etc., will be protected and ready to keep using with backup power. Mine arrived yesterday, I need to get it installed. 50 KVa surge protection for the entire home, around one hundred bucks. For me, I think that it is a no brainer. I see a whole bunch of posts on the FB group saying things like, "it won't charge now, this error code is showing," on and on. Many of which also mention that their unit had been in use as a UPS. I have to wonder how many got messed up by a surge.

I do not work for any company which would benefit from selling more of these, this is not a sales pitch, I don't have any for sale, I bought mine at Lowe's. Let me know your thoughts. Have a great day.
