Another Ecoflow bonus feature.

Another Ecoflow bonus feature, No seriously hot exhaust pipe. A short time ago I was having tea with a neighbour and I reminded him that he hasn't started his petrol generator for a while and that due to fuel issues it was probably a good idea to start it and run it whilst we had tea. We got the generator out of the corner of the garage where it lives surrounded by other stuff and started it, we ran it for 15 minutes just to make sure it was ok.Then I expected him to put it away, as I'm used to putting my Ecoflow back where it lives after I've used it, but he left it outside saying the exhaust is too hot to put it away have too let that cool down first. I suddenly realised that with an Ecoflow on a camping trip or a job site, when you are finished you can just put it back in the vehicle surrounded by lots of other stuff, no problem. On a fuel generator with a seriously hot exhaust pipe, not so easy to repack. That's a big bonus.

Starlink and a Delta 3 Plus

Just want to do a quick post about running a Starlink Mini on a Delta 3 Plus, and there really is not much to it.First, there is no difference between the wattage used by the AC brick that comes with the unit and an adapter you can get from Amazon to run it off the USB-C and the power cord that comes with the unit. But of course, since the inverter has a power loss due to the conversion and the wattage the Mini is pulling is so low, you are really wasting a lot of power going the AC route. You can run the unit off the 12 volt port if you have a very short cord. Anything longer than 3 feet and the voltage drop will cause the unit to power cycle. If you try it with the cord that comes with the unit, it has 5521 barrel connectors just like on the power units. It won’t even turn on due to the voltage drop. They do sell 12 volt adapters that step up the voltage to 20 volts, the same voltage you get from the USB-C, and are listed at 96% or so efficient. I may buy one down the road to use with my older power box that only pushes 30 watts out the USB-C.As for the actual wattage, it depends. Idle, it bounces between 15 and 20 watts. Simple web browsing will be between 20 and 25 watts. As for streaming, Prime and YouTube would every now and then jump to 30, but most of it is in the 20 to 25 watt range, just like browsing. I even downloaded an audiobook and stayed in that channel.Uploading large files is where it really jumps to 35 watts and stays there, with spikes up to 40 watts. Also, every now and then it will just randomly spike to 50 and then drop back down. I think that is just a hardware event and is the norm. The unit also has a sleep mode, but all it does it shutdown the internet the average power usage only drops a bit, unplug it instead to save power. Overall, after a week with the Mini I couldn’t be happier. This is my referral link. If you use it, you get your second month free. https://starlink.com/?referral=RC-DF-15384767-80772-11&app_source=share

The proper way to roll up the Delta 3 bag flap

The proper way to roll up the Delta 3 bag flap. LOL enjoy. It truly is a work of art. 🖼️ 😅Roll it up and use the elastic chord with the button to give that satisfying SNAP! Do the same on both ends while opperating or charging the unit and you never have to take it out of it's bag. 💼 👌

River 2 and projector. Runs 4 hours

Projector pulling 45 watts AC port. Have been moving from inside to outside to watch movies or youtube .river 2 has made it easy to do that.

River Series 4 Neuerscheinung

Ecoflow Sports Chair

The Ecoflow camping chair is a good addition to my garage practice area. When I get tired of hitting balls, I take a break, take a seat and take a sip of my favorite beverage. I'm not so good hitting the balls but I surely am great at sitting on that chair. 😁😁😁 Make sure you take a good look at those golf balls cause once I take them to the golf course, we might never see them again. 😁😁😁😁

Ecoflow Camping Chair

I got an Ecoflow Camping chair weeks ago but just got to open the box today. I like it- it's built nicely, comfy and looks nice. Now I don't want to use it outside. 😁 It'll stay inside the house or inside the garage. I have other camping chairs that will be the ones going camping or to any outdoor activity. I need more Ecoflow camping chairs now. Which one do you like better, the not Ecoflow red chair or the Ecoflow chair?

Erfahrungen Ecoflow Trail 300 DC

Best electric camping flat tops/stoves

Looking for recommendations on electrical cooking gear for camping. I have seen Ninja's and Blackstone flat tops, but wonder if there is someone using something better i haven't seen. Open to all recommendations.

Three weeks overlanding in the untamed west

We spent three weeks touring the western US National Parks this summer in a Jeep Wrangler Willys with an iKamper rooftop tent. Nearly all of our lodging was off-grid Bureau of Land Management disbursed campsites. These are great, free camping areas with few amenities... a table, fire ring, sometimes a grill or a bear box... never power. Our EcoFlow River 3 Plus kept us powered up throughout the trip. We love its small footprint, fast charging, and light weight. It charged itself throughout the day as we drove, each night we had plenty of juice to recharge our devices, and even ample AC to plug in a laptop when needed. We loved it so much that I am about to purchase a second one with a solar charger to keep in our other Jeep; keeping us ready to roll on the next spontaneous adventure!

Cool weather arrival

Start preparing and planning for cool weather. Now is the time to know how long your stations will last. Remember a space heater is normally 700 to 1500 watts. So a couple hours on a large unit b is all you will get. You could get a 200 or 400 watt heater and use in a tent inside your home in an emergency to stay warm. Safely of course keeping heater on a table with room..Could use a sleeping bag with Hot water bottles and a wool blanket. A heating pad or heating blanket with low wattage around 100 watts. Everyone please stay safe.

Kleines 3D-Druck-Projekt für meine EcoFlow! 🔋🖨️

😎I printed blanking plugs for the sockets to keep dust out. My latest version uses flexible TPU to help keep light splashes out as well. What have you printed for your setup? I’d love to see your ideas and creations! 😎
