Does it seamlessly switch to Bluetooth if your ISP goes down?

If the Internet Service Provider (ISP) goes down in a moment, even though my router stays powered on, there is no internet connection to the outside world, meaning the EcoFlow can't reach its cloud servers.

If the internet drops out like this, does the EcoFlow mobile app automatically and seamlessly fall back to a direct, local Bluetooth connection so I can still monitor my wattage and control the AC outlets? Or do you actually have to manually disable the Wi-Fi settings on your phone to force the app to talk to the station via Bluetooth?
