Is a 5V USB desk fan significantly more efficient than an AC pedestal fan?
I usually plug a standard room pedestal fan into the EcoFlow's AC outlet, but I know running the inverter drains the battery faster. I am considering buying a small 5V USB-A desk fan to plug directly into the front DC panel instead.
For those of you who track your wattage closely, does bypassing the AC inverter and running a dedicated USB fan make a massive difference in your overall battery runtime during multi-hour outages? Or is the inverter's overhead so small that I should just stick to my big AC room fan?
