Second-hand Solar Panels: What is a fair negotiated price for a used 110W panel?

I am currently monitoring a few listings for pre-owned 110W EcoFlow panels.

For those of you who know the second-hand market well, what is a realistic counter-offer to send a seller for a slightly used panel? Do these panels hold their value well, or should I be aiming for a massive price reduction compared to retail?
