My EcoFlow TITAN Experience So Far ⚡️

First, a big thank you to EcoFlow for giving me the opportunity to be part of this field trial! I’ve had the TITAN for a couple of weeks now and have already put it through load tests and outage simulations. I was able to reach 7.5 kW during a load test without any issues. The system has been working flawlessly, and I’m really impressed with how whisper quiet it is. I’m also loving the Smart Panel 10 and being able to control individual circuits throughout the house.Next up are some solar tests, which I’m really looking forward to. I have plenty of ideas for things I want to try, and I’ll be sharing my results as I go! ☀️🔋

Ecoholics early preview of TITAN 5000 Plus and Smart Home Panel 10

Hi, my name is Luke and I am an Ecoholic. EcoFlow has blessed me with a TITAN 5000 Plus (I named her Patience) and a Smart Home Panel 10 (Two-Fry). I’ve been using the pair for a little more than a week and they run a few circuits in my household until I bring my 40 panel ground mount online, then the T5K+ can have way too much solar so I’ll add more loads. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have about this exciting new product. In a nutshell, if you already have a pair of DPs, a DP3, a DPU, or a DPU X connected to a manual transfer switch, SHP1, SHP2, or SHP3 then you probably don’t need a TITAN nor an SHP10. But if you are a RIVER or DELTA owner thinking of upgrading to add some solar or arbitraging power grid rates, then TITAN and SHP10 are worth considering. I’ll unpack more details as I do more real-world testing on my house which currently has:1. TITAN 5000 Plus feeding an SHP10 2. DPU X feeding a 50a manual transfer switch3. DPU X feeding a EF PowerPulse EV Charger feeding a Rivian bypassing the house electrical system4. Three DPUs planned for an SHP2 which hasn’t been wired up yet

Redemption advice

Short and sweet, What does everyone recommended to redeem points against? Would love an ecoflow camping chair but showing zero availability. Is there anything that's worth going for now, or wait to see if the chairs come back?

Ecoflow to power the home Phone.

The old UK phone system supplied power to each phone on the network over the wires, but it also had a backup generator at the telephone exchange, so in the event of a power outage everyone’s phone would still work, that mattered for the making of emergency calls. There was no need for the household to supply power to the phone unless in later years the phone had a base station charger or answer machine. The phone in the photo is still one of my home phones, it was made in the 1940’s and still works. Now the UK phone network is changing over to Voice over Internet which draws it’s power from your WiFi router so doesn’t work in an outage. That means that you would only be able to make calls including emergency calls if you have your cellphone and only then if your cellphone battery has power and the local cell isn’t affected by the local power outage. That makes owning our Ecoflows even more important to our readiness plan. Usually, we wouldn’t plan to power the WiFi in an outage, but knowing that we can if we need to is great. That is Ecoflow supplying power to our little part of the UK phone network. We might just have to power different.

EcoFlow im Dauerbetrieb – was verschleißt eigentlich zuerst?

Please add to the APP

Can Ecoflow please give us a Graph that shows Battery SOC in % during the Day. I know this from the SolarEdge App. Thank you.

Home Screen is different

Why are my Solar Panels not displayed on the Roof on the Home Screen? They show next to the Battery on the ground.

Basement to Patio Solar Cable Setup ☀️

I recently ran 40 feet of solar cable from my basement power station to an outdoor box I installed on the patio. The box houses the MC4 connectors, and I also installed a disconnect switch on the inside wall where the cables enter. I purchased an MC4 crimper and connectors so I could make my own cable ends. I wanted a convenient way to connect solar panels outside while keeping my power station in the basement, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

White Roof for Bifacial Solar

I'm in the process of getting some rooftop solar for my flat garage roof. Since I have only a small area to work with, I wanted to get as much output as possible from the few panels that I'll have. To that end, since the roof needed replacing anyway, I decided to get a white PVC roof and bifacial panels. Here's a look at the work in progress. The posts are the solar mount footings, which needed to be installed first so that the PVC could be heat-sealed around them. The roof should be finished today, but we're still waiting on a permit for the solar, so it will be a few more weeks before the panels are installed. I'm looking forward to seeing what sort of output I will get, although they won't get a real workout until next spring.P.S. The dark spots on the PVC are just dirt and mud from the workers' boots. That should all wash off the next time it rains.

The new product called Titan

Months ago I was having fun with AI creating home and portable back up systems. Well I posted some blasted me. Well EF listened with the Name. Meet the New Titan and if they stick to EF visions I bet they have a plus verson. One at 7.2kw-7.5 kw and other 10kw -10.5 kw maybe 11kw. #Ecoflowtitan , #ecoflowtitanplus

Are mis match solar panels worth using

I am confused if I can use mis matched solar panels on one circuit. Assuming the overall voltage is under the rated voltage of the solar input with all of the panels on the one circuit, is there anything detrimental to doing this? For example, if I have three 100 watt panels and a 150 watt panel on a single circuit wired in series or perhaps series parallel, with my total theoretical wattage in perfect conditions be 450 watts or will it be less?

Never miss the Action with EcoFlow 💪

When UFC fight night is on, the River 3 Max Plus keeping things powered and best of all......... Free power! Not missing the action even in power outages! Not paying for electricity has become one of my favourite pastimes.

EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X / AC Pro vs Anker SOLIX – real-world performance and best setup?

I’m looking at the EcoFlow STREAM system with a 2kWh battery and 4 × 500W solar panels for £2,199, compared with the Anker SOLIX system at a similar capacity and price.I’m interested in hearing from people who have real-world experience with the STREAM system, particularly in the UK.A few questions:How well does the system perform during winter and on cloudy days? Can you mix different solar panel orientations, such as south-facing and east-south-east-facing panels, without significantly affecting performance? Is it better to connect panels directly to the STREAM battery or use a STREAM Microinverter? Can the system integrate effectively with a Shelly smart meter to monitor whole-house consumption and coordinate with an existing solar/battery installation? How reliable is the system, particularly the app, smart meter integration and automated charging/discharging?For someone using around 5–7kWh of electricity per day, is the 2kWh battery worthwhile, or would you recommend a larger capacity?I’d particularly appreciate feedback from UK owners who have had the system running for several months, rather than just initial impressions.Would you choose EcoFlow over Anker at the same price, and why?

All in from the start.

Pretty new new to all things ecoflow. Looking for advice from people who's gone all in from the start. Was is worth it or do you wish you'd started with just a micro inverter and some panels?

Low power security camera system.

We’ve got a Swann home camera security system, which can be powered from our Delta 3. We’ve had it for years and it uses power quite well, in that one small power brick supplies power to the recorder and the 4 cameras which are connected via a BNC wire connection. If we power it from our Ecoflow, it’s not too power demanding. But it’s old now and it looks like it might need replacing soon.Does anyone use a low power camera system which would be an even more efficient choice to use when we need to power it from our Ecoflow battery system?
Mike and Alison

The push I needed to make the purchase of our Delta 3’s.

I was surprised to see how many power outages there are on any given day in our region. Our energy suppliers live outrage web page shows us that at any moment every day, there’s between 2 and 48 outages in our region, some planned some not. This knowledge is part of the reason I purchased my Delta 3’s in the first place, it was the push that I needed. Most of the outages are manageable at about 7 or 8 hours, the Delta 3 would easily cope with that. We are starting to see that a growing number of the outages are 12 hours or longer. Ecoflow makes getting through power outages much more comfortable.

Using TOU lower cost electric.

Another weekend and our energy company have several periods throughout the week when they lower the cost of energy, we typically choose Saturday and Sunday between noon and 4pm. It's a great opportunity to use our Delta 3's to power stuff in the house and then recharge it using solar if possible or at the cheaper rate preferably with some solar going in as well.

Ankersolix 5Kwh release of a beast.

Curious how many of you will look into purchasing this unit over any EF portable system. Anker last yr release of the E-10, S-2000 and now they double the size of the S-2000 comes the S-5000. 120/240 output. 45% smaller then any competitor. 10,000 battery cycles. Can charge solar ,generator (any brand) . 30kwh scalable . Starting price is $2400 . Right now EF is behind the game. Come on Ef lets get the ball rolling. What you all think ?
