Glacier Original Battery dead

It will not charge in the fridge or using a 100w usb C cord. I did sit in storage for some time. Is the battery done or is there a way to bring it back to life?ThanksB

Glacier protective covers

I find it ridiculous that Ecoflow has had their new Glacier’s out for months, however has yet to offer protective covers/bads for them. When will Ecoflow get with the program and offer accessories their customers are wanting / “needing”?

SHP2 Generator input

I have installed a SHP2 as a subpanel for my home. I power this subpanel with the Delta pro ultra. I tried to hook up my generator, in case of a long grid outage, to charge my batteries incase solar input is low. I shut off the 100amp main breaker and switch to generator breaker. (Currently a 30 double pole). My breaker ON MY GENERATOR trips instantly when I turn on the generator input breaker to feed my batteries. My generator is a 30 amp max output 240v. I shut all loads and breakers off in the SHP2. I verified I have 240v (120v, 120v per leg). Any suggestions on this? I have contacted Ecoflow and they were not much help. Thanks for your time and feedback!

Our Hideaway Cool with the EcoFlow Wave 3 + Delta 3 Plus

Wanted to share how impressed we are with the new Wave 3 paired with the Delta 3 Plus. We’ve been using the setup to keep our little hideaway cool, and it has exceeded our expectations. Not only does it bring the temperature down quickly, but it also does a great job of moving humidity out of the air, which makes the space feel so much more comfortable. We’re also using Leafgreen Solutions adaptors and vents, which have helped optimize airflow and efficiency in our setup. The combination has made a significant difference in maintaining a consistently cool and comfortable space. One of our favorite features is being able to control everything through the EcoFlow app. Before we even start heading up the hill, we can switch the AC on remotely, and by the time we arrive, the place is already cool and ready to enjoy. We love how reliable and portable the system is—perfect for an off-grid retreat. Highly recommend this combo to anyone looking for a practical way to stay cool in remote, small spaces!

AI premium for stream ultra X

hello, I’ve got a new stream ultra X and I don’t understand AI premium mode. When I choose it, it planed a charging scenario when the energy is at a lower cost but the battery doesn’t charge. And I got an error message saying need more data. got it for 5 days with a shelly pro3em.Any idea how many time the iA need to learn ? why my ultraX doesn’t charge when IA plan it for charging ?

I want to run my Wave 3 off DC power and I do not have the battery.

I have a big enough battery bank, so buying another battery is not something that makes sense to me. I also prefer not to run my inverter. Does anyone care to share with me how I can do this. I would appreciate it very much. Thank you, Aaron

Stream Ultra

Hi all, I'm using Stream Ultra + solar panel, Can solar panels direct charge to Ultra? Because I saw on the app that the solar power is only supplying electricity to the house.

Ordered EcoFlow Glacier Classic 35L Fridge/Freezer a few weeks ago and received a used one.

There are a lot of finger prints on the buttons. Why is that?

Wave 3 Issues

I just got my wave 3 delivered and I am experiencing some issues. There are several members on Reddit and Facebook also reporting the same problems, so I wanted to open a thread on here to discuss and hear about other people’s experiences. My wave 3 makes some horrible buzzing/rattling/vibrating noises from the compressor. The second issue I am having is error 55, where the unit randomly fails to pump the condensate out properly. It works sometimes, and then eventually stops working and when the wave fills back up it goes red and eventually shuts down or overflows. I have followed all reasonable troubleshooting steps. I have reached out to ECOFLOW support, and the communications have been fairly slow. They did offer to replace the unit, but want me to return the faulty one first and they said that they need to wait until they have received my unit in order to process a replacement to be sent out. I have a trip planned for this weekend as well as next, and obviously the new unit isn’t going to be here for either most likely. Having some buyers remorse here, especially given the price tag on the wave 3. The unit does work and cools my space effectively, but obviously something is wrong with my compressor.

Full send Power!

I needed to charge up last minute for a trip in the morning, so I did what I've never done before...put the Power Pulse EV charger at the max 30a possible through the SHP2 and just went full send.It actually went up to 7.42kw (approx 30.5a) and has been charging for nearly 7 hours now. Wish it could go faster but I don't have 50a capability with a NEMA 14-50 plug to unlock the max 9.6kw speed.

Off grid duo! The Glacier and the Delta 3 Plus!

I recently paired the EcoFlow Glacier with the Delta 3 Plus, and together they’ve completely changed the way I camp, road trip, and prepare for outages. The EcoFlow Glacier is hands-down the best portable fridge/freezer I’ve used. It cools incredibly fast, holds a surprising amount of food and drinks, and the built-in ice maker is a game-changer for hot days. It runs quietly and efficiently, and the battery power option makes it perfect for off-grid adventures. It’s rugged, easy to move, and looks great doing its job.The Delta 3 Plus is the power station that ties it all together. With massive capacity, fast charging, and the ability to power everything from my fridge to my laptop and lights, it’s the perfect home backup or travel companion. I’ve gone full weekends without needing to recharge. The app makes it easy to monitor everything, and the build quality is top-tier.Together, the Glacier and Delta 3 Plus create a reliable, portable energy + cooling solution that keeps me comfortable and prepared anywhere. Highly recommend for campers, travelers, and anyone who values independence and smart design!

Making ice in the Original Glacier

One of the coolest features of the OG Glacier fridge is the ice maker. It is one thing to have a fridge and no longer need to bring a cooler or buy ice. It is a whole other level when that fridge makes ice! I don’t often need ice, but when I do - or other people in my group do - it is so easy to make a few batches of bullet shaped ice. I’ve found that it is best to make at least 3 batches at once since it takes about 6 cups of water to fill up the ice making section to the fill line. So you might as well use out all the water before having to drain the excess water out. Each time it makes ice, it takes a shorter time from start to finish. The app and the fridge tell you when the ice is ready and you simply click detach to remove the ice. A little wiggle on the tray makes it easy to remove the ice.If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I positively love this fridge.

Wave 3 without window

My central HVAC pulls 4,000w, which quickly depletes my 24 kwh of DPU capacity. To solve that, I switched to low powered window and portable AC units for key rooms. However, that left the bathroom with no cooling.Since the bathroom has no window that can open, I put the Wave 3 with no exhaust hoses in to use as a spot cooler. Perfect for getting ready for the day in this 100 degree summer heat. Nice stream of cold air blows at me, so even though hot air cannot vent out, at least my immediate vicinity is comfortable. Putting the condensation drain hose straight in the sink is just extra convenience.

Alternator Charger + Glacier + XT60 Output Cable = Winning Combination

I got the Alternator Charger last year when it was released with the included XT150 cable. I did have the Delta 2 at the time, which is what I connected it to, but I also had the River 2 Pro that needed the XT60 cable. When I needed to fast charge the River 2 Pro or charge the Glacier while driving, I would connect the Delta 2 to the Alternator Charger, then plug in the fridge and/or River 2 Pro to the Delta 2.Now, with the release of the XT60 Output Cable, I can connect the Alternator Charger directly to the glacier without the need for a power station in the mix. For this to work, there needs to be one of the batteries in the Glacier or it will not turn on. Alternatively, I can connect the Alternator Charger to any of my River devices (River 3 Plus or River 2 Pro) and use the DC port on one of them to charge the refrigerator. This is perfect for when I don’t need all of the power or capacity of one of my Delta series power stations.Note - there is less power when the vehicle is started by remote or just sitting idle vs when the vehicle is in motion. Oddly, the solar icon shows on the screen of the River 3 Plus when charging with the Alternator Charger.

Glacier out camping

I took the Glacier 1st gen camping and it performed perfectly! I think the cover actually really helped the battery life. Do you all think the cover really helps or more for just scratches? It definitely got dirty but seems to clean very easily and the material seems water resistant. I sprayed it with some water and wiped it off and the dirt came right off. 👍🏽

Sled for the Glacier

I needed to get my Glacier down to the basement - down a set of narrow, steep, stairs. The stairway is too narrow to take it down on any type of cart. So I built a simple sled. I just used four bits of wood I had laying around to make a platform tall enough to lift the feet/wheels off the ground, and smooth underneath, and strapped the glacier in place. It was then really easy to slide the unit down the carpeted stairs.
