Video playback issues when reviewing EcoFlow display recordings (possible encoding issue?)
Hi everyone,I’ve been documenting my setup and usage of my EcoFlow unit (mainly monitoring input/output stats, solar charging behavior, etc.), and I usually record short clips of the display during operation. To make things clearer, I edit these clips using capcut free (trim, zoom into wattage readings, add labels), then export them as MP4 for sharing or reviewing.Issue:After exporting, I’ve noticed that some videos don’t play smoothly on certain devices:Occasional stutter when the display numbers update quicklySlight blur or loss of clarity when zoomed-in sections are exportedIn a couple of cases, playback skips frames during high activity (e.g., rapid wattage fluctuation)What’s confusing is that the raw recordings look fine, but after editing/exporting, these inconsistencies show up.What I’ve tried:Exporting at different resolutions (720p / 1080p)Lowering bitrate in CapCutTesting playback on different devicesStill seeing mixed results.Question:Has anyone else tried recording EcoFlow screen data and editing it for analysis? Could this be related to export settings in CapCut, or just compression affecting fast-changing numerical displays?Any suggestions on optimal export settings for this kind of content would help.Thanks.
