Firmware failed then succeeded (Power Kit 5kva)

Nice, got a notification that a firmware upgrade was available tonight for the Power Kit 5kva. I was having an AC internal communication module and battery under voltage error, so I hoped this update would help. The first install failed, but the second attempt succeeded. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the error messages.

Power kit Gen 2 5KVA and Smart generator 4000 used in UK

I am interested in Ecoflow products to build campervan in UK with following questions;(1) Power kit Gen 2 5KVA* Does it support 220V~240V/50 Hz AC specification with both AC input charging from external source such as shore charging or smart generator as well as AC output to internal campervan appliances?(2) Smart generator 4000* Does it support 220V~240V/50 Hz AC output?(3) Power kit Gen 2 5KVA charged by Smart generator 4000* Does it support both DC and AC charging? * Which mode AC or DC is faster? * If 10KWh LFP battery is used, how long is the roughly estimated charging time?Lastly, where do I buy them as I cannot see them in UK Ecoflow website, but only see in Ecoflow USA website?

Products We Want, 69, electricity producing elliptical

We need an ecoflow elliptical that produces electricty as we work out to charge up our ecoflow units when we have no other ways to charge them and need the power on like medical devices for example, plus it would be a great motivation to actually work out and get in shape, keep us healthy, you can do it ecoflow!

Well house water pump.

Looking for recommendations for the best unit to run a well house pump at 240V. My parents live out in the country with a well. Every so often they get a power failure. Pump stops and they get no running water. Going to add a base unit with a solar panel to the wellhouse to keep water running in power outages. Unit can stay charged via line power most of the time, then solar to supplement usage. What unit would everyone recommend?

What would you design?

If you had the option to design a house power system with a companion RV system from scratch, what components would you use? Include solar panels.

AC module internal communication exception error on Power Kit

After installing my Power Kit 5kva system, everything seemed to work except all of a sudden I see the error logs mentioning battery under voltage (which I don't think is true, since a different screen shows above 52v each) and an AC module internal communication exception error.I did as told, unplugging and replugging cables. Error went away. But then when I went into the app to remote power off the system and pressed confirm that I won't be able to remote turn on the system anymore, the AC module internal communication error appeared again. Also, the system did not remote power off. It seems to ignore commands to shut down. Any way to fix this and the AC error?

Cash credits

I have noticed that when I have large items in my cart, I have the option to use credits for a cash value, but if I have a low-price item in cart, this option does not appear at checkout. Anyone else notice this and know why? I can apply discount codes on anything. I know this is probably the wrong place for this question but there is no General Questions option.

kit ecoflow para motorhome

Ecoflow team.I’m starting the conversion of a van into a motorhome in Portugal. And I’m very interested in the Ecoflow kit consisting of the hub, intelligent distribution panel, touch monitor and battery(ies).First, it’s a Fiat Ducato, L2H2, new 2026, for two people. The project:a) 2 x 200W Ecoflow solar panels or, if they fit, 2 x 305W Victron.b) Connect the Ecoflow system to the car’s alternator to charge while the van is in motion.c) Have a power outlet for camping (220v)d) Initially have a 5k battery from the Ecoflow kitConsumptions:1) 12v Vitrifrigo 115 liter refrigerator2) 2-burner induction cooktop each burner with 1,700w maximum power3) Two 220v outlets, to connect a laptop4) 1 USB outlet5) 5 LED lamps6) A Truma diesel heater.7) Water pump8) A skylight with Maxxi Air exhaust fanQuestions:1) What is the warranty, where can we find technical assistance to answer questions about installation and after-sales service?2) Where can I get the product specifications, including the installation manual? (I need this to plan the ducts and space required in the van)3) Is there any contact to ask questions before installation, questions about the product?4) What is the product warranty, and the battery warranty?5) The hub and system work on 48V, but the motorhome installation will work on 12V, such as lights, refrigerator, etc.?6) What type of solar panel can I use, since the 400W Ecoflow panel doesn’t fit on the van’s roof? Can I use two 305W Victron panels? Do they have to be 12V? Can I have 3 panels of 200w or does it have to be an even number? If I don’t use the ecoflow brand, do I need an adapter?7) On the monitor panel, can I have information on gray and clean water levels? do I need any additional components?8) Do I need to install a fuse and/or disconnect switch on the cable going to the alternator?9) Do I need to install circuit breakers for the cables coming from the solar panels?10) There is gen1 and gen2, which is the most recommended for my case? Thanks

What is this EcoFlow GPS?

The manual for the EcoFlow Power Kit 5kva mentions an EcoFlow GPS unit. Anyone heard of it or have a link? I've never seen it before.

What do you want Eco To build

#powerdifference. I sit here every day and wish I could be part of their R&D team and help developed the perfect solution to back up home power that can be affordable and used in the growing world. 1. Create a hybrid system that can be moved if customer moves but support the home needs of high-power appliances and EV with easy hook up capabilities. 2. Create a RV/Camper/Van system that can support boon docking for 2 weeks and have MPPT that can handle higher voltage and Amp inputs to create more watts. Batter storage that can last for that long.
