The more I use EcoFlow, the more I realise this is probably going to become a much bigger part of everyday life. Power wherever you need it, less reliance on the grid and more freedom to just get on with things. Pretty cool seeing where this technology is heading.

But there have been government studies looking at worst-case disasters where parts of the power grid could be down formonths or even longer.I'm not saying this is going to happen. Yesterday I received my two 100W solar panels that I got during EcoFlow’s EcoCredits Thursday night sale. I was so happy when I saw that box! 😂☀️And guess what? Today is Thursday, so here we go again! 😂 Another EcoCredits night.Now I normally in bed around 9:00, but somehow on Thursday nights I manage to wake myself up just in time to see what EcoFlow is offering. 😂 I guess my EcoCredits be calling my name!I really appreciate these sales because I’ve been able to pick up some useful stuff without coming out of my pocket. And listen,if I can get something useful for free with my EcoCredits, I’m getting it!😂💙🔋☀️

I like the idea of building an EcoFlow setup that can do double duty instead of having gear sitting around waiting for a blackout. Solar panel on a good day, power station in the ute when camping, then bring it home and have it ready for the fridge if the power disappears. Much easier to justify spending the money when the same gear gets used year round. How are you making yours earn its keep?

Does anyone have experience with running a Delta 2 Max or a Delta 3 max plus in a high humidity area? I am talking about 95 percent humidity. I plan on testing one of my units on a patio that has a roof over the next week but was wondering what to expect. Also, the temperature will be around 90 degrees.

I’m trying to think through the best way to prioritize loads when running the house from an EcoFlow system during an outage.The obvious essentials for me are refrigerator/freezer, internet, some lights, maybe the furnace controls/blower depending on season, and charging phones/laptops. But once you start adding “nice to have” loads, it gets blurry fast.For people who have actually used their EcoFlow setup in a real outage, what loads did you end up caring about most? Did you manually plug things in as needed, use a transfer switch/smart panel, or just keep a few circuits ready?I’m trying to avoid overbuilding for rare scenarios, but I also don’t want to realize during an outage that I planned around the wrong things.

One thing with portable power, lighter isn’t automatically better. There’s a point where saving a few kilos isn’t worth giving up the capacity or output you actually need. But then again, nobody wants to lug a brick around either. Have to find your sweet spot. 👌

Dafür habe ich inzwischen eine Kombination gefunden, die für mich ziemlich gut funktioniert.Die EcoFlow RIVER 3versorgt dabei vor allem die Kühlbox und lässt sich direkt über Solar wieder nachladen. Gerade draußen finde ich das extrem praktisch, weil man nicht ständig eine Steckdose braucht und die Energie einfach dort erzeugt, wo man sie gerade verbraucht.Generell mag ich die RIVER 3 genau deshalb sehr. Sie ist kompakt, leicht genug zum Mitnehmen und für viele kleine Einsätze völlig ausreichend. Egal ob Garten, Camping, Festival oder auch einfach ein Tag am Strand – zusammen mit einem Solarpanel hat man eine ziemlich unkomplizierte mobile Stromversorgung dabei.Für MacBook, iPhone und Co. nutze ich zusätzlich meine EcoFlow RAPID Pro Powerbank. Das integrierte140-W-USB-C-Kabel ist dabei für mich eines der besten Details, weil ich nicht noch extra Kabel zusammensuchen muss.Die Powerbank ist ohnehin mein täglicher Begleiter und gerade fürs mobile Arbeiten super praktisch. MacBook und iPhone lassen sich parallel laden und die Kapazität reicht auch für längere Tage unterwegs locker aus.Für mich ist die Kombination ziemlich ideal: RIVER 3 für die größeren Verbraucher und Solar, RAPID Pro direkt am Arbeitsplatz für Notebook und Smartphone.Und ganz nebenbei macht Homeoffice zwischen Sonne und Grün einfach deutlich mehr Spaß. 😄☀️
