DELTA Pro Ultra

I recently got the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra for home power backup. It provides decent power during outages and is easy to set up with solar panels. Good to have for peace of mind, especially in bad weather.

Thinking about another power station

Hello! I have been loving my delta 2 power station and am thinking between adding an extra battery to it. Should I get the expansion battery or grab another entire power station?

Which station is better to choose for camping?

Hello everyone, my family and I often go camping by car, and we have a Delta Two and various accessories (I will tell you about them in the next post), but now we do not have enough capacity, even with an additional battery, and in general we want to buy and make a new camping, so the question arises: which station is better to choose, so that it will last for 3-4 days with the possibility of recharging from the sun? I will be grateful to everyone for the answer, as well as for the experience of using it:)

Smart generator 3000 or 4000 for Californians

Have anyone tried to buy a smart generator 3000 or 4000 in California? I believe it’s not possible due to a law forbidding business to sell certain generators in California.I did do some research (mostly AI) and I think you actually are allowed to buy them outside of the state and use them in CA! I might do just that!

What's the difference

Hi everyone. I have a question. Does the Delta 2 Max perform the same as the Delta 3 Max in everyday use?

Should I swap a unopened SHP2 for a SHP3

I like having more than the 12+ circuits if I use a few tandems but should I buy once cry once and upgrade to the 3 from the start? Got the combo package that included the shp2. Should I keep and just get a shp3 would prefer to trade up

SHP2 connection box separate location

I’m planning the install. Moving critical circuits over. Running 8Kw of solar 2DPUsx2 batteries each. What wire gauge to use from SHP2. I’ve seen somewhere on ytube 4awg. Haven’t opened the box to get the paperwork out yet.

Delta 3 Daisy chain

Hello! So I accidentally bought the Delta 3 Ultra (3072Wh) not realizing I couldn't hook it up to 220V to power my well. I bought a Delta Pro 3 Portable power station which has the correct 220V output. Will I be able to chain these two together? Thank you!S

Delta Pro

Today one of our DP's made a loud pop and is now showing a code of 121? It turns on but won't do anything else. It is set at 50hz instead of 60hz and we don't know why or how that happened. We can't find the frequency setting within the app.

Existing ultra Pro 2 stack, how to incororate ultra

I currently have an EcoFlow Ultra Pro 2 stack w/ 8 batteries. I’m considering adding an EcoFlow Ultra X to expand the system. Can this be done directly, and if so, what is the supported method? Please provide the exact hardware needed, supported topology, setup steps, firmware considerations, and any limitations on performance or warranty, as well as how to wire the batteries and if they can be used on the Ultra X

SHP2 operating modes: self powered vs scheduled task (part 3)

Another thing about scheduled task, is that you can program it to act like self-powered mode and act as a diagnostic tool to see if your system can discharge.Simply set discharge period to 0-24 hour, will ensure that the battery discharged whenever it reaches 20% over the backup reserve and stop once the backup reserve is hit. This is the mode that will most reliably force discharge.Of note, self powered mode will not resume discharge if you switch out of it and switch backin even if battery level is over the backup reserve + 20%. So don’t mess with your settngs too much!

SHP2 operation: self powered vs scheduled task (part 2)

Scheduled task: I found scheduled task to be the most reliable way to get shp2 to discharge. On the current firmware, if you switch out of scheduled task mode, and switch back in, my batteries will discharge as long as it’s over the backup reserve (used to require 20% over backup reserve).More over, once one battery went down to backup reserve limit, shp2 will stop discharging that battery, but continue to run off the remaining battery.Pros being you are able to use all your juice in DPU, but however cons being that it can be a bit unstable to run one just one DPU or less DPU than what your home requires.

SHP2 operating mode tips: self powered vs scheduled task (part 1)

So I notice a lot of folks have confusion about self powered vs scheduled tasked mode, so I want to clarify.Self powered: switch from grid to battery and vice versa once DPU charge level reach 20% over the backup reserve and then back to grid once charge level reaches backup reserve. For self powered, BOTH dpu need to be over 20% for switch to occur. Only ONE dpu needs to be at backup reserve for system to go back to grid. This is better and worse vs scheduled task because schedule task will drain BOTH battery down to reserve but scheduled task maybe unstable if your house load is too big for one dpu.
